The Lamar Mental Wellness Center is the specialized mental health division of Lamar Medical Center. Led by a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), we provide holistic, evidence-based therapeutic services designed to support your journey toward healing and balance.

GriefShare Support Groups
You Don’t Have to Walk the Path of Grief Alone.
GriefShare is a safe, welcoming support group for those navigating the loss of a loved one. Our 13-week curriculum helps you understand the unpredictable phases of grief, learn healthy coping strategies, and find a supportive community.
